Standard Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment

To secure your place in the 5-day training program, a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total program fee is required at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% of the program fee must be paid in no later than last day of the training program.
Minimum Participants Requirement

The training program requires a minimum 7 participants to proceed.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, the program will be cancelled, and participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Cancellation Policy

Once the initial 50% payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the participant.

If the remaining 50% payment is not received one week prior to the program start date, the booking will be considered cancelled, and the participant will forfeit their initial payment.
Program Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, content, and venue if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Program Cancellation

In the unlikely event of program cancellation by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.

If the program is cancelled due to not meeting the minimum participant requirement, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Liability

The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the training program.

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance and accommodations if needed.

By booking a place in this training program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
