Standard Terms and Conditions 

Booking and Payment

  • To secure your place in the 5-day training program, a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total program fee is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining 50% of the program fee must be paid in no later than last day of the training program.

 

Minimum Participants Requirement

  • The training program requires a minimum 7 participants to proceed.

  • If the minimum number of participants is not met, the program will be cancelled, and participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the initial 50% payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the participant.

  • If the remaining 50% payment is not received one week prior to the program start date, the booking will be considered cancelled, and the participant will forfeit their initial payment.

 

Program Changes

  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, content, and venue if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

 

Program Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event of program cancellation by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.

  • If the program is cancelled due to not meeting the minimum participant requirement, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.

 

Liability

  • The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the training program.

  • Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance and accommodations if needed.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a place in this training program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
